    Hello @cynthia4

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We have corrected the record for Willis Link M7H3-V7K so now the ordinances which have been completed show.

    All the best.

    Hello @cynthia4

This link to an article from the Help Center may help to clarify why ordinances for your great grandaunt were showing as Not Available.

    www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/in-family-tree-what-does-not-available-mean

You can find this and other information in the Help Center. At the top of any FamilySearch screen, click the Help icon (the small circle with the question mark), then Help Center at the bottom of the window. Enter a few key search terms to find and select knowledge articles appropriate to your question.

    I hope this helps!
