Why aren't the ordinances for Frances Miller available?
Frances Miller (KC9D-YRT) is my 3rd cousin 4 times removed. I would like to know why her ordinance status is not available. She was married twice and the first husband John Wingard (K2F5-FWP) also has his ordinance status marked unavailable. The second husband, Davis M McKinley (LWPS-B94), of whom less is known, has his ordinances available for BCIE, but not for sealing. The child from the second marriage, Lycurgus McKinley (GZRG-L8Y), died as an infant, but has his sealing blocked.
When I first began to work on this family, I found that the second marriage was recorded as Frances M. Wingard married to Davis M. McKinley and on Family Search she was entered as a separate person. I merged this Frances M. Wingard with Frances Miller. I have merged all other duplicates and entered all the vital information and sources for each. I don't know what else would be making the ordinance status unavailable.
The marriage source for the second marriage (Ohio, US, County Marriage Records 1774-1993, film 000914036) showed that Frances M. Wingard married Davis M McKinley on 5 Dec 1854.
, also is tagged with "ordinance status not available", but the second husband, for whom less information is known, is available for ordinances BCIE, but not for sealing with Frances.

There had been a sex change in her record, but marriage and obituary sources, as well as her marriages and children testify Frances was female. The tag recording the sex Change has been removed, and ordinances now show.
