Since the temple card is destroyed after that ordinance why does it say "printed" on all ordinances?

Under the new system the temple name card is destroyed after each ordinance. However, when a person's name is submitted who needs all ordinances the "printed" sign comes up by all ordinances. This can be very confusing because it means I have to keep my own file to see which cards I have actually printed and which just say "printed" from the previous ordinance. For instance, I was fortunate enough to have a friend get 40 men's baptisms completed for me. I have printed out a few of those names for initiatories. But now when I want to print more for initiatories I have to check against the ones I have already printed and ones I have shared with friends so see if they are really printed or not. All 40 names say "printed" by initiatories so I can't rely on that at all. It is very time-consuming and I think runs even a greater risk of duplication if people don't keep their own records.
I would like to suggest that when a card is printed out it only shows "printed" for that ordinance because that really is the case. A card printed for a baptism is truly only good for that ordinance. There is no way it could be used for initiatory, endowment or SP. So if "not printed" showed for the rest of the ordinances it would be very helpful. Then when I actually print the card for initiatory it would show "printed" so I could tell at a glance which names have a card I can take to the temple for that ordinance and which ones I need to print a new card for. Thank you.

When printing cards, there is an option to only print the one ordinance for which the card will be used. Just uncheck the ordinances . This doesn't help with cards previously printed, but it's a good option to use in the future.
