So, I was able to reserve the ordinances for my deceased spouse, but the temple is still orange for the sealing ordinance and indicates the following:

"This person's ordinance status is not available. Please contact FamilySearch Support if you are a relative and need more information."

What do I need to do?

Thanks so much

    Hello @RothermelOrrinSchelin

I understand that you would like to reserve the sealing to spouse for yourself to your deceased spouse.

Ordinances involving living individuals cannot be reserved in FamilySearch.

To be sealed to a deceased spouse, first, talk with your bishop.

When you are ready, call the temple to make an appointment for the sealing.

When you go to the Temple remember to take your temple recommend, the recommend for living ordinances and a family name card for your spouse for any remaining ordinances which need to be performed before the sealing.
