How do I contact FamilySearch Support when a record on Family Tree instructs that I should?

Ordinances for my ancestor, Adrien Poirier, LC3T-MHK, are showing "Not Available." Following the words "Not Available" Family Tree states: "Please contact FamilySearch Support." How do I contact FamilySearch Support? The ordinances are showing as not available likely because at one point his record was changed to show him as a female and all the ordinances were also performed again by a female proxy. When this happens it causes all of the ordinances to show "Not Available." How do I contact FamilySearch Support so it can be fixed? I have many such records.

You contact them for this sort of problem by posting your question under Q and A under the Temple. They may see this question here under Other and move it to the Temple section. When they escalate the problem to someone who can evaluate this for you and fix the problem, your question will be marked as Moved and it and all comments on it will no longer be accessible. They should contact you with a direct message, however.

By the way, currently the Family Tree systems handles edits on sex just fine and automatically hides all invalid ordinances and marks as Ready all that need to be redone. That Adrien was male, marked as female, and now is back to male should not be causing any problems on the ordinance page. There must be something more going on.

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

[ And, happen to be a member of the Church ... ]

Following on from what 'Gordon' has already proffered ...

    As an aside ...

I just took a look at the "ChangeLog" for "Adrien or André POIRIER" ( LC3T-MHK ).

    https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/LC3T-MHK

    First thought ...

Hm ... that 'Reason This Information Is Correct' being, "Google", for the Name ...

    Second thought ...

The "Ordinances" as showing; as, "Not Available", is most likely due to/caused by the "Merge"/"Combine", with "Adrien POIRIER" ( MXDB-C6X ), back in February last Year.

In fact, it was "Adrien POIRIER" ( MXDB-C6X ) where the "Gender" was CHANGED, from (Original) Female, to (Later) Male.

I suggest that, that is where the problem/issue lies.

I would venture to suggest that ...

IF, that "Adrien POIRIER" ( MXDB-C6X ) was "Restored" [ie. "Unmerged"/Uncombined" from "Adrien or André POIRIER" ( LC3T-MHK )]; THEN, the "Ordinances" for "Adrien or André POIRIER" would most likely REAPPEAR (as what they were).

    Plus, I suggest that ...

Once that "Adrien POIRIER" ( MXDB-C6X ) is "Restored"; THEN, it should be REQUSETED that, 'FamilySearch' "Support", DELETE that Record, from "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', altogether; as, they DID NOT exist (especially, as a Female).

That way, there would be NO (future) need to "Merge"/"Combine"; thereby, eliminating any problem/issue of "Ordinances" as "Not Available".

    Just a thought.

    Brett
