Family Search missing Ordinance Dates from Original Temple Cards???

Hello,
I have been submitting Temple Cards to get the Original Dates entered into Family Search and they have been getting changed. I just received a new reply that since it says Completed, they won't be changed or updated. I also have many cards that have the original dates, but a date later than my card dates is still there. Are the dates on my cards going to get updated from the dates listed from a later date?
Thank you, Michael Chambers

Hello @MikeChambers52
When "Completed" shows for ordinances but does not list a date or Temple ... that is OK. The date and Temple information which is shown on your stamped Temple Card does not need to be updated in Family Tree. The ordinance is recorded correctly in the Temple system. It is just not showing in Family Tree.
This article https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/family-tree-considers-an-ordinances-to-be-completed-but-it-does-not-list-a-date-or-temple explains the situations when this happens.
Even though the date does not need to be updated in Family Tree, the missionaries who have been working the cards you have been submitting have been updating the "completed" ordinances with the dates which are shown on your stamped Temple Cards. We are glad to do this for you.
The problem is that we don't have the missionpower (manpower) to do this if we get inundated with requests from guests.
Just some further information to explain why later ordinance dates show for some individuals so it looks like the ordinances were done out of order .... when the ordinance shows as "Completed" in Family Tree but then is re-done at a later date, the later date will over ride the "Completed". The later date will show in Family Tree. The Temple System however does have a record of the earlier date that shows "Completed".
We are still working on updating the information on your stamped Temple cards which you have submitted. It is our pleasure.
I hope this information is useful to you.
