    Maybe 199. But check the -1 Reference Image to see if you think it is corrected to a 198, and/or the +1 Reference Image to see if is corrected to a 200. Either or both would support that interpretation. To see the Reference Images, click on the last (4th) vertical icon - looks like an open book.

    Using the contrast feature I can see number 199

    My “Maybe” was about the interpretation of the 2nd and 3rd digits as nines. It seemed like the only possible choice, but they looked a little unusual so I wanted some confirmation. There were no other exemplars on the page, so I thought to check the Reference Images.
