Family Search missing Ordinance Dates-26
Hello,
I have been checking some of my old Temple Cards and have found that there are dates missing from FamilySearch. I have attached 2 sets of cards and have added the ID# to the card to help make corrections in FamilySearch. Can you please check all the ordinances on the cards and update FamilySearch, so that the ordinance work does not keep getting duplicated?
Thank you, Michael Chambers

I have viewed the ordinances on the temple cards you shared. Many of the ordinances show the notation "completed" rather than a date. Please be assured the ordinances were performed and are entirely valid. There is no need for concern that there will be unnecessary duplication of ordinances because they are marked as completed. You will also note the areas for the ordinances are shown in gray which indicates the ordinances are completed, and thus not available to be requested and duplicated.
There is an article from the Help Center which specifically addresses this concern. Here is a sentence that specifically answers your question: "The confirmation confirmation and initiatory show "Completed" based on the rules above, and the baptism and endowment show with dates. These ordinances have been completed and do not need to be done again."
Here is the link for the entire article: Implied or inferred ordinances • FamilySearch
I hope this information has been helpful, and commend you for your attention to detail and concern for accuracy in the records in Family Tree.
