On family search this person's ordinances say that I need to contact family search support to see if these ordinances are completed. All of her siblings and parents work is shown as completed. I want to be sure that her work is indeed done. Could you please contact me or advise what needs to be done?

The short answer is that yes, the ordinances are complete.
The reason that they aren't showing is that sealing to parents has been done twice (1992 and 2016). If you look through the change history for Charity, you will see that the father's details have been changed a number of times. It is possible that a sealing was done at some time to an incorrect father, whose details were changed later in FamilySearch.
The ordinance status should be visible to you now.
