Dear Steve,
BYU's Relative Finder (relativefinder.org) has a way to do that for you.
Go to the website and sign in with your FamilySearch account low on the center of the opening page.
Then choose Connect, Two deceased people. You can enter two ID numbers of deceased people to see the relationship.
Best wishes!

By the way, I tried it with the ID numbers you provided and the results showed No Relationship. The ID you gave for William de Ferrers came up with a William Derby.

To further answer your question, we are sorry but FamilySearch will not show a relationship past 15 generations.

The guest is asking about the relationship between two deceased people.
Family search does not have a feature to allow you to calculate the relationship between two deceased people, only yourself and a deceased ancestor within 15 generations.
Relationshipfinder.org is not a FamilySearch product, but it a website that will do what the patron is asking. :)

We could not get Relationshipfinder.org to come up. You may be able to find a program that can calculate relationships between two deceased individuals, by going to the FamilySearch Solutions Gallery. On FamilySearch, scroll to the bottom of most pages, and click Solutions Gallery. We are enclosing the article "How do I find partner programs" link below.
We hope you can find something that works for you.

Sanra, it is RelativeFinder.org…not Relationship Finder.

Dear Steve Hurst, we understand that you are trying to request the ordinances for William Harrison Burdeck KGSP-4XD, and you have permission from his wife, but she is deceased. If he has no living relatives, go ahead and click on his ordinance tab and click Request ordinances. Then click “I have permission.” Fill in the rest of the form indicating that there are no living close family members. Please include your email address. If you need further help, please post a question here in Community by going to Q&A/Temple.
Ordinance requests that are made through FamilySearch will be processed but it takes a little time. Thank you for your patience.
Regards,
