Need help from Support to find a lost ordinance

I have reason to believe that my Grandpa was sealed to his parents, but FamilySearch doesn’t show that ordinance as completed. It should have been completed in the Temple a few years after his death. I need help tracking down that lost ordinance. I spoke with Live Chat support on FamilySearch yesterday and they told me to come to the Temple Community page and create a case. I don’t see that option. My hope is that this question can be escalated to a private case so I can then share additional details.

Essentially, I have already looked for bad merges and have done the First and Second steps on this article (https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/missing-ordinance-and-membership-information-in-family-tree). Now I’m trying to follow the Third step. However, according to Live Chat that process of contacting support is no longer supported :(

    Support responded with:

"Thank you for contacting FamilySearch about the SP ordinance for the above-named ancestor. We are unable to find an official record for the completion of the ordinance in question. Therefore, the ordinance will need to be redone for an official record to be created.

    Sincerely,

    FamilySearch Data Quality"

Our family will redo the ordinance so it can be recorded. Thanks everyone for your help! We appreciate it!

    Hello @peytontroywilkerson1 .

As DianaHawks indicated, you will need to provide the name and ID of your grandfather so that we can then move your case to the internal team that will review and resolve the issue. Your grandfather's name and ID is all that is necessary to post here. From there the messaging back and forth will be done privately.

Grandfather: George Easton Young --- KWHC-CF7

His Father: Robert Easton McMurrin Young --- 2T15-HP4

His Mother: Ruth Katherine van Komen --- KWCH-39R

The sealing should have been completed in the St. George, UT Temple in 2010. Several years ago, my uncle contacted the temple and they confirmed that my grandfather and 2 of his sisters had been sealed to their parents in 2010. His two sisters still show the ordinance as completed, but he does not.

Sister that was sealed in St. George Temple in 2010: Donna May Young --- KWCH-39L

Sister that was sealed in St. George Temple in 2010: Norma Jean Young --- KWC2-2TL

Would it be possible to search the St. George Temple records from 2010 to see if his name appears in any ordinances?
