Completed ordinances missing
Regarding Mary Lear- L5Nx-RF1. Her baptism, confirmation and initiatory were done in the Portland Temple. The baptism on 14 Jan 2017, confirmation on 2 Mar2017 and Initiatory on 20 July 2017. I did the endowment on 19 Feb 2019 in the Sacramento Temple. I have the sealing to parents reserved and am waiting to do it until I hear from you. The web site shows B,C,I and endowment are available but they have been done. I have the card with the printed dates.

We have sent this to the department that can take care of it. They will be in contact with you about it. While you are waiting for it to be taken care of you might go ahead and reserve those ordinances so someone else won't reserve them and do the work twice.
