Error Message When Attempting to Access Competed or Shared Ordinances

More often than not when I click on the Completed or Shared Ordinance box I get a message that says to Close or Try Again. After repeated attempts I finally get to the information I am seeking. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to correct this?

    One suggestion is to clear your cookies or try using a different browser.

    You can find steps for clearing cookies on the internet depending on your type of browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari are compatible with FamilySearch)
