Live baptism and confirmation not recorded in Family search (family tree)

My mother in law passed away August 12, 2020. She was inactive for many years. However, she was baptised and confirmed when she was 10. I would like to do the rest of the work she needs (initiatory, endowment etc.) by proxy but when I look her up on family search.org (family tree), it shows that she needs all the ordinances completed including baptism and confirmation. How do I make sure that her record shows that she was baptised and confirmed when she was alive? The only ordinances she will need are the ones I can do by proxy for her which include initiatory and endowment etc.

    Hi Carol Lynn

We understand your mother in law was a member of the church yet her record does not show her live ordinances. What needs to happen is for her death date to be recorded on her membership record. If you have a death certificate, obituary, funeral program or other proof of death, please attach it to her family search record. Once that is done, we can send this on to have her death recorded on her membership record. Please give us her family search record ID so we can see her record. Let us know when this is completed.
