I want to share these reservations with the Temple. I had been given permission to do the work for Chester Trout (LK3V-21J). See attached email from FamilySearch dated 13 May 2019 giving me permission.

Today when I unreserved it to share it, the message said "request permission".

I also had permission to do his and his wife's sealing. Alice Marie Koch (LK3V-L9R)

Since you released the ordinances you will need to resubmit your request using the on-line permission request form. Once your request has been processed and the ordinances are on your Reserved Temple List, please follow the instructions found in the Help Center to "Share family names with the temple".

Thank you for contacting us regarding sharing names you have been given permission to do their temple work. For the names you have kept reserved, follow the above directive "Share family names with the temple" or you can print the cards and ask your friends or family to help do the names. Hope the information above was helpful.

Here is more information as to how you might request approval again.

Once released, the process would need to be processed again, or the guest could find the email that told them the request was approved and reply to that email. They can explain they accidentally unreserved the ordinances when they meant to share them. If they work through the Approval Email, they will get the best instructions about how to proceed. I hope this helps in your moving forward to re- request permission.
