Ordinance work for our relative?

I need to know why the ordinances have not been done for this relative, Lucy Griswold, LH5K-SWB. She has 7 sources for her name--and if she needs her ordinance work done, we would be glad to do it. Please advise us. Sincerely, Louise Price
