Obviously, the ORIGINAL post was NOT "Started" by the "Moderator" (ie. @1ByrdLady ); as, I made a "Comment" in the ORIGINAL post, which I believe (it my memory serves me correctly, which it often does not) was ACTUALLY started by the User/Patron, @Sheryl Neal Slaughter .

Here is what CURRENTLY appears for, the aforementioned post, under the "Topic" of, "FamilySearch Community", under the "Ideas" Section, of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

And, here is what appears, when I try access, either, (1) the ORIGINAL Post, from My "Notifications"; or, (2) that post above:

Is the the "Topic" of, "Temple", under the "Ideas" Section, of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, (therefore) a RESTRICTED "Topic" ONLY, available to be 'seen' and 'accessed' by 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) and the like, be-they "Moderators"?

Or, Is the the "Topic" of, "Temple", under the "Ideas" Section, of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, STILL a 'Work in Progress' "Topic", that WILL be available to ALL Users/Patrons (Especially, those who are Members of the Church)?

I read and think I commented on this topic before it was moved. "Temple Section Under Ideas" is not where it was moved. It was the title of the post which was a request to have a Temple category created as a new subsection under Ideas. When it was first written, the author put it under an Ideas category, it was moved to be a Q&A, that was questioned and it was moved back to Ideas. Don't see any reason why it would have been closed other than it may have gotten enough attention to be "escalated" to where it could be implemented.
