I've noticed that when I click temple ready for sealing ordinances to perform that it suggests names who's parents temple work have not been completed ie initiatory, endowment, sealing to spouse. Isn't it still recommended that those ordinances be completed before sealing to parents be performed?

    Hello Karen,

The following articles have the full answers.

Where does Ordinances Ready get names?

    Correct order of temple ordinances

Although vicarious ordinances performed out of sequence are valid, they become effective only after the prerequisite ordinances are completed.
