Use microfiche reader to warm up microfilmed census record

This page cannot be read. Would it be possible for some kind soul to place the microfilm page under a microfiche reader and allow the film to warm under the reader's light? This might allow ink on the microfilm to show up and be scanned or added to a thumb drive. Thank you.
