Temple lists?

What has happened to the lists under the temple icon in FamilySearch? My reservation list comes up with only an error message and my notifications of temple ordinances done refer to check the completed list and then says there is no list. This has been happening for several notifications and I am concerned. Working as an ordinance worker at the temple we are told to tell patrons that in lieu of picking up their temple cards, they will receive a notification. Are they then unable to see anything at all if the completed list is gone. Furthermore how do I proceed with my own reservations with no list being accessible??????

I've had a similar experience with the lists. It seems that there is a glitch in the system. When I've tried to get to the "completed" list through the "notification of completed ordinances", the list will most times come up empty. But when I go through the "Temple" link at the top of any page, click on the "reservation list" and then click on the "completed" list, the lists will usually open. Most times this works for me. If not, then I just click on another page and then go back to it, then it will load properly. Hopefully, this glitch will be fixed soon.
