Ordinances shared with the temple in 2010

​​This person's sealing ordinance to wife seems to be lost in the system. I would like to have this fixed so I can reserve it.

Do you know the date and temple where the Sealing to Spouse took place?

I was able to check the Sealing to Spouse for Thomas A Brown 9NFP-J3N and Lydia Virgina Sutton 9Z93-ZVV.

The ordinance was shared with the Temple back in 2010 and printed by the Temple 12 February 2020. That does seem like a while back, but considering the restrictions due to COVID-19 it's not unreasonable.

Once the Temple has printed the card then the ordinance can not be un-shared with the Temple.
