Right now, I'm trying to request access for my friend, Esperanza Francisco, born on March 24, 2000, died on January 17, 2020, ID number GZ57-V56, to do her temple ordinances. I have permission from a parent. Each time I request access, it asks if I am related to her, and since I'm not, this message keeps popping up, "Church temple ordinance policy requires you to be related to the person for whom you are requesting ordinances. Thank you for following Church policy." I'm not sure what to do from here. Can anyone help me out?

    Hi @RodriguezBreanna.

I understand that you are interested in doing ordinances for a friend, Esperanza Francisco GZ57-V56, but because you are not related to her, you are not able to fill out the online form that creates a ticket that is sent directly to the specialty who reviews and responds to this type of request.

We have a knowledge article that provides specific details about how to make this type of request. Please review the article. https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/can-i-request-proxy-temple-ordinances-for-a-friend

I have sent you a personal message to request some additional information, and you can reply to that message by using the Comment box just below the message. I look forward to your reply to get the needed information to those who can review your request.
