Tax records for entity vs person

I'm indexing Wisconsin tax records. There are only two name fields - Given & Surname. Occasionally, there is a record for a company or organization. How should this be indexed?

Please share your batch so someone can give you a good answer to your question.

Please Share your batch as Dellory suggested and showed you how to do. And, definitely follow the project instructions abd/or FS Support’s guidance.

But just FYI, in the past, when a project somewhat like that did not have a specific Field for an “entity” (e,g, Company or Organization) we were instructed to index the “entity” in the Given Names Field and Ctrl+b (<Blank>). the Surname Field.

However, please wait for response from sharing your batch before proceeding. The Project Managers might want you to totally ignore “entities” and <Blank> both Name Fields. I cannot look at Wisconsin Projects so I can’t help beyond the above bits of background information.
