I went through the process of printing an ordinance slip, and never got to the page which allows me to see and print the pdf file. How come?

Hello @ChuckKing, are you using a mobile device or a computer? I found that on my mobile device I had to use the 'share' icon to select a printing option.

If you are using a computer, there are two ways you can view and print your temple cards. Under the temple heading on the top of the page, you can use either 'My Reservations' (which gives both male and female ordinances) or 'Ordinances Ready'.

In 'My Reservations' you are given the option to filter which ordinances you want to look for or you can simply click the box next to an individual. Then click on Print at the top of your list of names. Then select 'Print Family Name Cards' and a print request form pops up for you to select 'Continue'. This should then take you to a print page.

In 'Ordinances Ready', you would select 'Take to the temple', then a print request form pops up for you to select 'Continue'. This should then take you to a print page.

Thanks for the reply. I did all those things you say -- but as I said, I did not get to the print page you mention and the succeeding pdf page. However, I did resolve the problem by just trying again a couple of times. Who knows why it worked the one time and not the others? No way to tell.
