Having trouble printing temple ordinance papers.
While trying to print temple ordinance work to be completed for my Aunt Daphine House L1L1 2GS it shows that it has already been printed. I did not print all the ordinances except the sealing of my Aunt Daphine to my Uncle Ellis Johnson Jr. LTCB-B8R. So I have that sealing printed but I chose not to print the others because there was an issue with my Aunts information. She had already been baptized and confirmed. I only wanted to print the initiatory and endowment. Now I can't print anything and it says that the temples cannot print them either. How do I get this unlocked to print?
I'm sure I must have hit a wrong key somewhere, so could you please help me to print the initiatory and endowment.
