Great-Grandma was sealed to parents while living but has a green temple for it to be done again?

My great-grandma LJ6D-SLT was adopted at birth and sealed to her adoptive parents as an adult. This sealing shows up on her ordinances list but without the names of her parents. There is also a request for permission to seal on the ordinance list for the same parents. Is there a way to remove the request for permission to seal to parents button? I have checked for duplicates for her and her parents and there aren't any. Thank you.

We looked at the ID# you provided and have forwarded your question to another Dept. for handling.
