We would need to see what you are seeing. Could attach screen shots?

FamilySearch is showing that you have reserved all of the ordinances for this individual. We are not sure where you are getting the information that she has ordinances reserved under two different members. When you share ordinances with family members or with the temple that will change the way they appear in Family Tree, however we do not see anything to indicate that.
We noted that she was recently merged with another individual, GQDK-S41. Did you have ordinances reserved for both?
We are not sure why you are not seeing the reservations in your temple list. Have you tried clearing you cookies and temporary files recently? You can do this for the familysearch website only by going to familysearch.org/cookies as described in the article attached.

Hello @Terry Langston_1
RE: Ordinances for Janice Darlene Norfleet LJRY-MR1
On checking the ordinances for Janice LJRY-MR1 we see that the ordinances are reserved by two different Terry Langstons - Terry Langston_1 (presumably you) and Terry Langston.
The Sealing to Parents and Sealing to Spouse are reserved by Terry Langston_1.
The Baptism, Confirmation, Initiatory and Endowment ordinances are reserved by Terry Langston.
We checked and Terry Langton_1 and Terry Langston are different people.
You should see the Sealing to Parents and Sealing to Spouse ordinances in your Reservation List.
You could contact the other Terry Langston and see if they will share or release the ordinances to you.

How do I contact the other Terry Langston?

Hello Sister Langston
On the Ordinance page where you see the reservations, click on Terry Langston's name (in blue writing).
This will bring up the Contact card. The other Terry has not chosen to display any other contact information so you can click on Send a Message. This will allow you to send a message through the FamilySearch Messaging system. Hopefully the other Terry will then reply.
