Did you try to reserve his work as his mother with you connected to him as a living person, showing on family tree? If so did you go to his detail page and then to ordinances and click on request and fill out the requested information? Another question, if he was a member of the LDS Faith a ward clerk may need to send information in about any ordinances they may have on record, has this been done?, and also, you may want to check information and standardize dates and places and remove any error messages on his detail page. You may also want to talk to your ward Consultant to give you some assistance.

Your question will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need to gather more information.
