I have sub mitted 10 of these to be resolved and heard nothing. How long does it take to get a reply

We are told that it can take 2 or more weeks for ordinances to be released once the information is submitted. It depends upon a number of factors and the department taking care of these issues has been getting much busier the last few weeks as more temples open and more people are working on their ancestors. You will receive an email when the review process is completed. We are asked by those doing this to do our best to be patient.
