How to deal with another FS user who seems to make no sense?

In desperation, yesterday, I called Family Search Support for the 6th time about the "strange" trouble I am having with another user godwinMEG - Mary Anderson Godwin. These are the case numbers: 07839375, 07928267, 07935821, 08172309, 08173294 (filed case of abuse). Since 2 November 2020, I have been trying to deal with this user who will not leave Anna Lisa Andreasdottoer GHCL-7MF alone. Her claim is this Anna is not her grandmother and Anna Lisa's account is messing up her grandmother. It is true as her grandmother is Anna Strom LLCK-C5Z. Actually, her grandmother's name is Anna Gushafra Ostrom which I found with a little research on Ancestry. There is quite a well-researched tree there also going back many generations having nothing to do with Anna Lisa. If I was not now afraid of what this user would do, my consultant knowledge would help her furthering her tree. I have attached the messaging between us where I acknowledge the differences between the two Annas. As on 26 June 2021, she is still indiscriminately deleting sources and leaving notes about this not being her family. I am at my wits end as how to make this stop as none of this makes any sense. I feel like deleting the whole account, but now that I am invested in Anna Lisa. I would like to do her ordinances, Please help me. Carol Otto

PS Tried upload documents but not right format. How can I get this to you?

    Hi @carolrotto1 !

I know that sometimes when we leave a reference behind in Other Information, FamilySearch keeps trying to provide hints because of that. When we remove a source, it does not remove the corresponding "Other Information". Is it possible that there is an old reference left behind?

One option I would recommend to you Carol, is to download the data in your FamilySearch Family Tree to a third party partner App such as Rootsmagic and in the App, which is totally under your control, work with your imported tree with the order and authenticity you obviously respect.

This will become your working base of accurately recorded data, which cannot be altered by anyone other than you. Use what is correctly recorded in this tree version to continue repairs on the incorrect changes being made by other parties.

This exampled App is able to "converse" with and send to or receive data from Family Tree.

Downloading Family Tree Data to your own computer, exampled using Rootsmagic.
