Can I correct the ordinances for my Grandmother?

My grandmother, Melefehi Kava, passed away in 2018 and I want to take her name to the temple so my sister can do her baptisms. However, her record, L12X-74N, shows that her ordinances were completed back in to 2010.

Is it possible to remove those completed ordinances so we can go and do her ordinances for her?

Thank you!

    Hi TahifisiKava

Thank you for contacting Family Search Communities. Unfortunately once the ordinances are completed, they cannot be "undone" and redone by someone else. We are sorry the opportunity was missed but we are happy that the ordinances were completed for her.

    Thank you.

Your question will be forwarded to a specialty team for review and resolution. You may be contacted by that team if they need to gather more information.
