    Hi Douglas!

Your right, we should always end with that question with every question. I am guilty for not using that statement.

Please remember FamilySearch Community is Global/International. We are trained (maybe) differently every where. But I don't have that excuse, soo!

    Have I answered your question?

Hi @Douglas McPhaden - "Did this answer the question?" is a configuration setting applied to the Q & A area of the site. This message will show on all responses to questions, and it shows on more than the first response because there may be more than one answer or more than one way of doing something.

1ByrdLady, you add an interest factor. In some ways it is more difficult to localize training than software. Without it, the problems referenced in your reply replay forever. The only solution is to integrate localizing and training into the development process.

I've seen it work, but in very few software development organizations. The frequency is about the same as for CMM Level 5 organizations.
