    Peter

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

I understand what you mean by "Strobing" (or, maybe, even, "Pulsating" ).

Unfortunately, of course, the "Strobing" (or, maybe, even, "Pulsating" ) "Effect" DOES NOT show-up in a "Screenshot" ...

    But ...

    That said ...

I ONLY notice such, when a Page/Screen (ie. in this case a "Source") that has selected is, "Loading".

Once, "Loaded", the Page/Screen (ie. in this case a "Source") STOPS "Strobing" (or, maybe, even, "Pulsating").

The "Strobing" (or, maybe, even, "Pulsating" ), is very much like; and, may be even a replacement to, the OLD (but, still active, in some cases) "Spinning Wheel".

    Whereas ...

IF, a Page/Screen (ie. in this case a "Source") DOES NOT "Load", in other words, the "Strobing" (or, maybe, even, "Pulsating") continues; and, the Page/Screen selected will not "Load"; THEN, there is some Problem/Issue, of some sort.

    As an aside ...

I selected that "Link" in your original post ...

    'Yes' ...

There was some initial "Strobing" (or, maybe, even, "Pulsating"); but, that stopped; and, that Page/Screen (ie. in this case a "Source") did "Load".

    Just my thoughts.

    Brett
