Why when I get a notification that temple ordinances have been completed nobody shows?
Please see the attachment. I get notification that temple ordinance have been completed but when I click on the link it shows I have 0 reserved, 0 completed, 0 shared.
I have several names in my reserved list but they are not showing. This has been happening for several weeks and I thought it would be repaired but it hasn't been.
What do I need to do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience of not seeing completed Ordinances on your Temple list. The engineers are aware of this issue. They are working to resolve. Thank you for your patience.
