How do I get what you saved 5 years ago onto my tree when I came to the library -staff person helped

I need to retrieve what your staff person figured out when I came to the library 5 years ago. My partner, Michael Austill set up the tree. My tree name was Maria Oretta Alldredge. My name is Shana Marie Alldredge. I believe I recently changed my log in info.

What you figured out was the line from Charles Spencer and wife, Elizabeth Cantwell (1800s), all the way to Caradawc II (280) and mother of Cynana Meiriado,

and Joseph Vaughn and wife, Lucinda Williams (1800s), all the way to Calpurnius of Ireland (310) and wife Succat.

How do I connect the dots. How do I get from A to Z. I only copied a few of the pages that were figured out, so I have some of the names and births and deaths.

Also, I need to know how to link what I've discovered on Ancestry to Family Search, and vice versa.

Thanks. Shana Alldredge

I believe the first step would be to make sure you have the correct username and password for familysearch then you can look at your records to see what needs to be done. The link below will teach you how to retrieve your username and password from 5 years ago.

    Shanna,

The information that you posted in FamilySearch/FamilyTree in the past will still be there. It should be easy to use the ID numbers for the ancestors that you have copies of so you can find them and then find those to whom they are connected.

However, it is possible that some other users may have also worked on the records of those same ancestors since so many people are related to our ancestors who were born several generations in the past. For transferring information to and from Ancestry.com, the links here should provide some information for you.

If you have other questions, please reply so someone can further help you.

     Hi ShannaAlldredge

Looking at Family Tree, we see that the Charles Spencer Jr line only shows his father right now. We see the line for Elizabeth Cantwell goes back to 1420, to John Cantrell, LXQW-9WK, so some of the relationships are farther back for her. Does the information you have help you connect records to that line?

We also found Joseph Andrew Vaughn, 1838-1863, L4TB-QV7, does not go very far, and Lucinda Williams line goes back to 1540.

There have been many changes in record in the last 5 years. We are enclosing an article link, about different places where you may find help.

We wish you success in connecting the information you have to your Family Tree.
