Why am I no longer getting notifications of temple work completed?

Until about a month ago, I would receive the names of people whose names I had shared with the temple for whom ordinances had been completed. Now I get a notification that work has been completed but when I open it up, it says there are no names. It is very concerning because I depend on that notice to continue the work for that person, such as sealing a spouse or children.
