We are able to see that your family member, William Albert Lakey, LXYY-CZ5, died on 17 April 2021. The death date was added to his record in FamilySearch by an individual. This has resulted in his ordinances being shown as "Not Available."

There are two ways to resolve this problem. The first is to ask your ward clerk to enter the date of death. This should result in the ordinances appearing correctly.

The second option is to write again in Community with proof of death of William Albert Lakey. This can be a scanned copy of a funeral program, newspaper obituary, death certificate, etc. After posting this information, the death status can be adjusted by the appropriate department.
