Not receiving emails from FamilySearch about various changes

Friends who are church members have mentioned they have received emails from FamilySearch about various events, happenings, etc. For example the recent email about "FamilySearch Help Center Changes." However, I have not received any emails from FamilySearch. I have signed into my account, then checked settings and notifications, and all categories were marked as desiring to receive email notifications, but I have not received any. I have checked and my email address is correct.

Although I recently did change my email address, currently I still have access to my old email address and nothing is coming to either account. How can I get on the mailing lists about improvements within FamilySearch?

    Hi Barbara!

That information you mentioned is very helpful in keeping up with the many changes that are made in FamilySearch. Here is a knowledge Article that should help you. By following the instructions in the Article you can see all the different notifications and newsletters that are available.

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-subscribe-to-email-notifications-and-newsletters

There is also a Notification option within Community. Sign in to Community and click on the bell shape in the top right corner. Click on the 3 lines in the top right corner of that menu and it will open the Notification options for Community.

I am not receiving emails either and have checked all my settings and spam folders/settings. I have subscribed multiple times to the 'notifications/newsletters' but am not receiving newsletters or email from the FamilySearch Community (all settings are turned on). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    @Tiffany Nash

    Tiffany

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

I just found this "Contact Name": @Tiffany Nash1 here in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

Question: Is this; or, could this, OTHER "Contact Name" be you?

IF, the OTHER "Contact Name" is you; THEN, ...

    Perhaps ...

▬ You have TWO (x2) 'FamilySearch' Accounts ...

▬ Thus, you have TWO (x2) "Contact Names" (ie. UserIDs) ...

▬ And, your "E-mails', are being CONFUSED, between the two (x2), BOTH, in 'FamilySearch'; &, this Forum ...

You may ASLO need to "Check", your "E-mail" Address, in regard to the TWO (x2).

    Good Luck.

    Just my thoughts.

    Brett

I only have the one account so that does not appear to be the problem. Ugh!

    Tiffany

So, that @Tiffany Nash1 is NOT you - ie. in fact ANOTHER User/Patron ...
