Person's Ordinance Status Not Available

Hi there

I have recently logged onto my family tree only to notice that some of my ancestors for whom I have already done the work for (and have records of their details) now have an "orange temple icon" and if you click on the ordinances it says that the person's ordinance status is not available and we must contact family search support if we are family. Why has this happened? I am extremely particular about only adding names I am certain are correct and have records for, and now notice some details are being changed.

We can help you with this issue. What are the ID numbers of your ancestors that state Ordinances are Not Available?
