I'm not sure whether this is a question or concern...been working on the Virginia births lately and have found a least 2 botched batches where the data was so wrong I had to either send them back for re indexing or re index them myself...the latest batch I did tonight, June 24th, 2021 was my biggest concern. It was almost as if it had deliberately been sabotaged...I saw different surname for the child and the parents on a regular basis, dates were wrong, etc...I did not start seeing the discrepancies until I was already almost half way done so I thought I might as well straighten it out, but it was a total mess. Do you recommend the reviewer (I was a reviewer in this case) return the batch anyway or fix all of the errors? I know that if there are a certain number of errors the batches get re looked at by an overseer...last I heard anyway, so I am wondering bc if there is an overseer to ensure QC that would be great for the botched batches where so much goes wrong.
