We understand that the ordinances for your relative , John Simpson K2HX-XG5 are on another John Simpson KWJW-XX1.
It appears that the birth and death dates and places are the same for both records. The parents also have the same names, but different ID numbers. It is highly unlikely that two different people are born in England on the same day and place and die in Utah on the same day and place. There isn't sufficient documentation to show they are a different person with different parents. You mention the1851 census as the source for them being different people born to different parents in different places. with different siblings. We could only find one 1851 census attached to KWJW-XX1
John Simpson K2HX-XG5 is an island in the tree with no parents. You gave us the ID numbers of the parents, but have not added John to those parents. We need more documentation to separate these two John's and remove the ordinances from one to add to the other. They both show the same baptism and confirmation date of 3 June 1857.
Ordinance date in Family Tree doesn't match personal records • FamilySearch
