Received email from Global Services Department resolving this case number but I don't have any idea what it is referring to? Please give me further instruction . I attempted to look at old case numbers and that did not give me any infomation.
The number that is showing is a "ticket" number for an issue that had been reported to Global Services Department requiring their attention to some matter you have experienced in the past. We understand that there is no way for you to look at that case now to see what the issue was pertaining to. Since they have indicated that the case has been resolved, we suggest that you simply let it go.0
You can respond to the email and it will go to the person who worked the care. The case worker should be able to let you know what the case was about and how it was handled.1
