The book I am looking for is: The Noel tree : "a history of the Noel and allied families of Pennsylvania, including Fevrier, Fritz, Dickey, Stepp, and others"

Looking at the book catalog on familysearch the catalog number is: 2442534

Can I look at this book while at the Salt Lake Family search library?

Note: The copy at the BYU-Idaho library is missing and the one at the Sacramento FHL is in storage.

Yes, you should be able to view the book at the Salt Lake Family History Library.

After looking up this book in the FamilySearch Catalog, it is only showing the book available in the Sacramento Family History Center. While the book is stored off site, you maybe able to contact the Sacramento Family History Center and request the book be brought to the Sacramento Family History Center so that you can access the book there.
