Where are the Harasim famiy from

I have been researching the Harasim family who came to Canada and mostly changed their name to Harrison. They were apparently from Czernowitz Bukovina and left in the very early 1900s. I have looked at the church records for Czernowitz and other places but cannot find any record of those who migrated or their parents. Any ideas as to where I can try, any assistance would be appreciated.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have found them in Canada and in the USA as well as the ports of entry. What I was looking for is their presence in Bukovina, any help in that area would be appreciated
