To have your question answered about this photograph, you will need to follow the instructions in the yellow banner, "Check your email linked to your FamilySearch account." Replying to that email with your question and providing reasons why you believe the image should not be restricted is the best/fastest way to get an answer.
I had a headstone picture I uploaded end up restricted, with no apparent reason. Your advice is useless because I have yet to receive an email; and yes, I have checked my Spam folder. This new system is really frustrating.
