My unbaptized son passed away over a year ago (6/3/2020). His ordinances after now showing available, however the request buttons are greyed out.

His mother and are are divorced and she is willing to have his ordinance work done. Neither of us can figure out why I can't access Baptism/Confirmation to begin having his work done.

I have deleted my cookies, restarted my PC and logged in and out of FamilySearch several time with no change.

We have a baptism reservation at the Denver Temple on Friday of this week (6/25) and are feeling the time pressure. Please help :)

I went to your son's page, and there were 2 possible duplicates for your son. However, another user has since merged those duplicates with your son's record.

Click on the "I Have Permission" button and fill out the form. This should allow you to Reserve the ordinances for your son.
