Judith Low GZLC-FCV
I am in possession of the original family group sheet taken to the temple showing ordinance dates and witnesses for the above and her family. While I did locate spouse Thomas Davis and his family, spouse Judith did not show.
I have entered the above individual (Judith Low) as spouse to Thomas Davis (already entered with his family) but cannot enter the completed ordinance dates, which I have now placed in her life sketch.
How can the ordinance dates be entered?

GZLC-FCV is not her ID #. What is the ID # for Thomas Davis?

We went through the latest changes and found two previous Judiths 27SZ-3SW and K41R-TD1. The first one was deleted and you can restore her and merge with the one you entered and see if the ordinances then show. The second one has been deleted and added to a John Davis.
Steps (website)

It is impossible for you and all other users to add ordinance information to people in Family Tree.
The only way to see that information is to find the existing record in Family Tree that is connected to those ordinances. Since you know the ordinances were done, you know there are duplicates for her that you have to find and merge the records together. If it is impossible to find her other record, it is possible she was merged in with someone else and so no longer visible in Family Tree.
Since you have the original family group sheet, you can use this as proof the ordinances were done and getting a copy to Support will enable them to confirm the ordinances and add the ordinances to her record for you.

I believe the ordinances in question are contained in this record. Judith • K41R-TD1 - the name was changed from Judith Low - I cannot determine if there was an incorrect merge or if things are just linked incorrectly. You could review and then consider your options. You might review the help center article listed below.
