Where can I get a current policy statement instructing my FHC to return films.

When I called support inquiring about film they said that a few years ago an email was sent out to return all film and fiche back to the SL Library. We couldn't find this email. So now we would either like the email with specific directives resent to us or the policy statement giving us instructions to send them back. The person who helped us never followed through with the case. He said he'd be emailing us the information, but never did. Please advise. We have two printer readers and in our small center maybe one person a year may request looking at a film. We have better use for the space that this equipment and file cabinets are taking up. Thank you.

    As of 14 April 2024, none of the suggestions in the "Best Answers" work:

    both of the links give a 404 error, and

    the "Search bar" procedure doesn't work, either.
