Regarding Genoveva Villavicencio
Why can't I find my relatives when I put the information that I know, such as: first name, middle name, Last name, place of birth, date of birth, etc ?
What am I doing wrong? 😣

Perhaps no profile has been made for her yet in FS Family Tree.
Have you searched FS historical records? There are thousands of historical records with her name or similar. In Mexico there is a Genoveva Villavicencio born in 1915 with a profile on Family Tree, and a Genoveva Villavicencio born in 1893 with no profile yet.
If there is no profile for your Genoveva Villavicencio, you can make one for her.

No need to check in Mexico, nor in the year 1915 as My mother was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, March 14, 1917
The Genoveva Villavicencio born in 1893 was her aunt, (my mother's father's sister) born in Cuenca, Ecuador.
