No ordinance information that was there previosly

This is a question from SalesForce that has been waiting for a membership correction for the past month. Posting here hoping for some resolution:

There is no ordinance information for my father at present in the family tree. This information has been there previously, can it please be returned to the file

On investigation, I found that there are 2 membership record numbers that need to be combined. This action then should show the missing ordinances.
